Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Wallet Top-Ups

• All wallet loads are final and non-refundable
• Unused or partially used balances are not refundable

2. Service Usage

• Credits are deducted based on AI output usage
• Once credits are consumed, deductions cannot be reversed

3. Cancellations

• There is no cancellation once wallet credits are used
• Users may stop using the service at any time

4. Exceptions

Refunds may be provided only if required under applicable law.
