1. Service Overview

Crich is an AI-based product that allows users to:

• Log in using a mobile number and country code
• Create one or more profiles
• Ask questions and receive AI-generated responses

Responses are generated by an AI system based on user-provided inputs.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Crich.

3. Account and Profiles

• Login is via mobile number verification
• Users may create multiple profiles
• Users are responsible for the accuracy of all information shared
• Users are responsible for keeping their account access secure

Crich is not responsible for incorrect outputs caused by inaccurate inputs.

4. Wallet and Usage

• Crich provides an in-app wallet that displays your available balance
• Wallet balance is provided to enable usage of certain in-app functionality.
• Wallet balance is deducted automatically as you use the service.
• Wallet balance is non-transferable and has no expiry unless stated otherwise.
• Wallet balance cannot be withdrawn, exchanged, or transferred outside the app.

5. Payments

• Wallet balance, where applicable, is made available through in-app mechanisms.
• The available balance and usage details are shown before access is granted.
• Wallet balance is non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

6. Nature of Information

• All outputs are informational in nature
• Crich does not guarantee accuracy or outcomes
• Outputs should not be treated as professional, medical, legal, or financial advice

7. Acceptable Use

Users agree not to:

• Misuse or abuse the platform
• Attempt to reverse engineer the system
• Use the service for unlawful purposes

Crich reserves the right to suspend or terminate access in case of misuse.

8. Service Availability

Crich is provided on a best-effort basis. Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance or technical issues.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, design, branding, and AI outputs are the property of Crich and may not be reused without permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

Crich is not liable for:

• Decisions made based on AI outputs
• Any direct or indirect losses arising from use of the service

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Jurisdiction lies exclusively in Araria, Bihar, India.
